Problem
ATS not only needed a refresh on their website, but they also needed a clear organization system and presentation of information. They wanted to reduce confusion of users and ensure they are able to easily find what they are looking for.

Goals
Focus on the main types of users accessing this website: prospective customers, current customers and employees. Improve the presentation of written information so it can be easily found and understood.
Getting Started
Site Map
We started off with re-organizing the site structure to ensure all pages and subpages are clearly labeled and easy to find. The original site had over 22 different clickables, which could be leading users to feel confused or have decision fatigue. The new plan proposed cutting the pages in more than half, down to 8.

Mock Ups
After finalizing the site map, we moved onto different options for updating the design. The client overall wanted a fresh, clean, and more modern design style that better aligned with their company values. It was important to ensure employees could easily access the "Therapist Portal" as well. Below displays the landing page original (left) and design mockup (right).

Design Style
After getting into Squarespace, we quickly learned the design limitations and began adjusting to meet the platform's capabilities. In addition, we had to adjust images to be real life photos as the client felt the illustrated ones were not representative of their company. Below represents the original "Contact" page (left), the proposed design (center), and the final published page (right).
Note: The original Header & Footer were unable to be retrieved and therefore, not featured accurately as part of the original design screen.

Challenges
- Squarespace restrictions
